One core activity is executive search of officers at the higher management, executive, board, and supervisory levels. First, we analyse the organisation and the vacant position: What are the expectations and ambitions, now and in the future? Subsequently, we draw up a function profile in cooperation with the client. This profile describes both the context and result areas, as well as the required competences.
Within our network, we identify and approach the people that match the aforementioned profile in terms of competences, qualities and ambitions. With every candidate, we hold several interviews. In addition to individual knowledge and expertise, we also focus on other aspects that influence whether the match will be successful. For every candidate, we summarize these results in a concise report.
Discrete, committed and personal
Based on our selection, we put you into contact with one or several of the candidates. Because we believe women are often underrepresented in top positions, we run an active gender policy. Even after the point of hiring, we advise and support all those involved, for example in matters of labour conditions or compensation structure. After six months, we evaluate the procedure with all parties concerned. We take care of the entire procedure in a discrete, committed and personal manner.

Free intake interview
The coaching process starts with an intake interview (approx. 1.5 hours). This leads to the objective of the coaching process and the formulation of the ‘coaching question’. The intake interview is free of charge and serves also as a personal introduction between the client and the coach and forms the start of a professional working alliance. It also leads to the coaching question or, if you wish, a short description of the intention of the coaching process from the perspective of the client.

Michiel van Lanschot
Analyse, initiate, organise, enthuse and communicate, with connecting as the final goal; those are the key motivations for Michiel M.M. van Lanschot. Creating connections with and between people is what inspires and energizes him. Based on his experience of more than 30 years in the business world, with Van Lanschot & Partners, he is building a people-centred organisation that stands for quality and sustainability.
Michiel studied Dutch Law at the University of Utrecht and the University of Leiden and he followed courses at, among others, the Amsterdam School of Real Estate. He fulfilled financial, fiscal-legal, HR and commercial positions at Moret Gudde Brinkman (now EY), Jones Lang LaSalle and Phanos. As such, he gained ample experience as a consultant and manager with family-owned companies and large multinational consultancy firms. He is active in several board positions.Back to Team

In his work, Johan's main goals are to accelerate unconventional improvement in a client's personal effectiveness and personal resilience. Johan has worked for more than thirty years in health care and (international) life sciences organisations, many of which as a senior executive. He is experienced in the field of leadership development, organisational change and burn-out prevention and recovery.
Johan is developer of the 'True Result™ Executive Coaching 5-step program' (personal and executive coaching) and 'the 12-week coach' (accelerated burnout recovery). These are executive coaching processes with advanced interventions, in which speed, effectiveness and sustainable transformation are paramount and are seen as distinctive success factors. Eric studied Construction Engineering at the HTS (university of applied sciences) in Zwolle, Business Administration at the Nyenrode University and Real Estate at the University of Amsterdam. In addition, he completed Executive Management Programmes at, among others, Nyenrode and INSEAD. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate sector.
